We talk about and discuss the answer to poll questions I posted on our Instagram account @catholic.dad about Volunteer vs Paid Staff Youth Ministers. As usual its always a fun chat with Tony and I but in all seriousness we spoke on the challenges of being a on staff YM vs a Volunteer YM.
